Trends Pakistan aims to publish news and information that is accurate, fair, clear and original.
Our standards
- Sources: we rely on official statements, government data and established news organisations. Where possible, we check facts against more than one source.
- Original writing: we write every story in our own words. We do not copy articles from other websites.
- Calculated data: prayer times, Islamic dates and Qibla directions are produced by our own calculations, not copied from other publishers.
- Fairness: on political and religious issues we report what each side says and avoid taking sides. Hanafi and Fiqh Jafria timings are shown with equal care.
- Sensitive news: we avoid graphic images and do not publish unverified claims about individuals.
- Dates: every story shows the date and time of publication so readers know how current it is.
Corrections
